My     name     is     John     Lucas     ...     I     started     in     this     beautiful     , heartbreaking   ,   dream   making   game   of   fitness   16   years   ago   ,   as   a very   tall   ,   slightly   built   18   year   old   ,   with   dreams   of   having   a muscular    physique    such    ,as    the    ones    like    Arnold    and Stallone   ,   that   I   had   seen   in   the   movies   .   I   actually   can remember     asking     my     father     to     '     Pull     his muscles   (   bicep   of   course   )   '   ,   when   I   was   just   a lighty     ,     LOL!     I     was     obsessed     about     how awesome    muscle    looked    ,    and    thought that   these   muscular   men   looked   like   real super    heroes    !!!    Thus    I    never    ever    got obsessed    with    Superman    or    batman    ,    or any   marvel   character   ,   but   rather   ,   real   men   , with real muscle !!!

I   know   for   a   fact   that   when   I   told   people   I wanted   to   be   like   them   ,   they   laughed   at me   ,   and   thought   that   I   was   wasting   my time    .    When    I    look    back    now    at    those funny   skinny   photos   ,   I   don't   blame   them ,   LOL   .   I   was   really   tall   and   skinny   (   1.94M at   80kg   or   176lbs)      ,   and   quite   awkward looking   ,   but   never   the   less   ,   I   started   my journey      at      becoming      MY      TYPE      OF SUPERHERO ! Right   from   the   start   I   had   a   very   good   eye for   an   Aesthetically   pleasing   physique   .   A beautiful   looking   physique   and   not   just Big   ,   and   scary   .   Obviously   as   time   went by     my     eye     became     more     and     more trained   ,   and   I   got   better   at   realizing   what made     for     an     aesthetically     pleasing     , statuesque physique

GIANT CONNECTION TRAINING PRINCIPLE If   u   have   been   in   this   industry   a   while,   you   would   have   heard   of   '   Mind   to   Muscle   '   connection.   If   you are   new   in   the   game,   this   refers   to   the   connection   that   one   feels   between   the   muscle   and   the mind....   Some   muscles   genetically   have   a   better   connection   then   others,   and   this   is   pre-determined and   different   from   person   to   person.   Most   often   the   muscles   that   u   have   a   better   '   mind   to   muscle   ' connection   with,   are   the   muscles   that   respond   fastest   .   Hence   my   legs   growing,   and   my   chest lagging. The   '   GIANT   CONNECTION   '   ,   is   '   Mind   to   Muscle   '   in   more   detail   ,   along   with   all   the   other   aspects That   are   needed   in   order   to   build   your   '   Super   hero   '   body   !   Such   as   ,   mind   set   ,   different   ways   of thinking   about   your   training   ,   nutrition   ,   and   building   an   Inner   Giant   ,   so   as   to   be   a   gentle   ,   good example of a champion ! Through   the   years   I   realized   that   when   explaining   movements   to   people   ,   there   where   the   normal 'form   '   guides   ,   and   the   USUAL   way   of   explaining   movements   ,   but   often   people   still   could   not   relate .   They   needed   the   explanation   to   be   broken   down   In   a   few   different   ways   .   They   needed   to   hear   an explanation   that   they   could   more   easily   relate   too   .   Once   I   Endeavoured   to   this,   the   '   Light   Bulb   ' moments   kept   on   coming   more   frequently   !!!      I   will   be   explaining   in   much   more   detail   ,   through   each body part , what I mean by this .
